These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Easy Life Driving Coach Corporation (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking lessons, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Driving Lesson Services

Easy Life Driving Coach provides ICBC-compliant driving instruction services in British Columbia.

Lesson availability is subject to instructor scheduling, vehicle availability, weather conditions, and regulatory requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise. 

  1. Booking & Payment
  •         Full or partial payment may be required to confirm booking.
  •         Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
  •         Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  •         Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). 

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To maintain scheduling efficiency:

  •         Minimum 24–48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  •         Late cancellations or no-shows may result in lesson forfeiture or cancellation fees.
  •         Emergency exceptions may be considered at management discretion.Students must arrive on time. Lesson time will not be extended due to lateness.
  1. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

  •         Hold a valid BC driver’s license (L, N, or appropriate class).
  •         Carry license during lessons.
  •         Disclose medical conditions affecting driving ability.
  •         Follow instructor guidance for safety.

The instructor may terminate a lesson immediately if unsafe behavior occurs. 

  1. SMS Messaging Terms (10DLC Compliance)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Easy Life Driving Coach regarding:

  •         Appointment confirmations
  •         Lesson reminders
  •         Schedule updates
  •         Customer support communication

Message frequency may vary.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. 

We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Driving instruction involves inherent risks. While we prioritize safety and professional instruction, Easy Life Driving Coach is not liable for:

  •         Road test outcomes
  •         Traffic violations committed by the student
  •         External road conditions
  •         Actions beyond instructor control

Students remain responsible for compliance with ICBC regulations and road laws. 

  1. Regulatory Compliance

Our instructors follow ICBC standards and provincial regulations. Policies may be updated to remain compliant with British Columbia transportation authorities.

  1. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy page for details on data handling and protection. 

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
